The Atkins diet has been going well for me so far. The cravings for carbs have finally diminished a bit too! Today for lunch I made shrimp and guacamole salad. It was miiiiighty tasty and only 5 carbs!
For dinner I have made cheesy bacon deviled eggs for an appetizer at 0 carbs, then mini pizzas with low carb tortillas! I’m pumped!
